Power Player Award

Road & Rail Services is fortunate to have an abundance of talented team members who work hard every day to support one another and our clients. The Power Player Award was created to recognize exceptional achievement among our team members. Nominations come from leadership as well as co-workers, and honor accomplishments both on the job and outside of work.

Erika Darby

Billing Specialist in Louisville, KY

Join us in congratulating our July Power Player, Erika Darby!

Erika joined Road & Rail Services earlier this year from TPS. By helping to successfully manage a major transition of responsibilities, she’s put her superpower to great use!

Since joining us, she’s already made a big impression on her team by taking this new opportunity in stride. In the words of Support Services Operations Manager Melissa Young, “Through the transition, she consistently demonstrated a positive attitude, openness to change and willingness to go the extra mile to help the team setup new billing processes within Road & Rail Services. Her assistance and leadership in this effort has been instrumental to a smooth transition and helping field team members understand and excel at their new responsibilities.”

And she’s brought a positive outlook to her new workplace, too. Billing Specialist Jennifer Lynn has plenty to say about Erika’s can-do attitude: “She makes work better by making us all smile. She makes the best out of even the most stressful days!”

Her ability to navigate change while going above and beyond for her team makes her a true Power Player, and a perfect example of the work ethic we strive to cultivate here at Road & Rail Services. Congratulations, Erika!
