She approaches each responsibility with dedication and takes pride in producing excellent work, making her a dependable and valued member of the team.

One of Maranyeli’s greatest strengths is her willingness to learn new skills and embrace new challenges. She actively seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge, quickly adapts to changing priorities, and is always open to feedback that helps her improve. Her commitment to personal and professional growth has enabled her to make meaningful contributions while continually strengthening her capabilities.”

Chief Operating Officer Derek Carter shared why her powers of Organizational Excellence has been so integral to her success. “Ms. Martinez has assumed the responsibilities that two Administrators performed at New Wales in the past: leading the New Hirer Orientation, working with Accounting to complete the weekly DWR work sheets, Payroll, HR paperwork, and assisting the management team at New Wales. With her help, the number of DWR work sheet errors have been reduced to zero. She works closely with Senior Management to ensure that payroll is completed for each package. Ms. Martinez also assists our Spanish speaking associates by translating for them any issues or needs they have with our Senior Management Team.” Congratulations, Maranyeli!
