Patrice’s superpower is Dependability! Since joining Road & Rail Services in 2014, Patrice has consistently demonstrated what it truly means to be a dependable, team-first associate. In her role as a Senior Lead, she sets the standard through her strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to ensure the job is completed correctly and completely. She never leaves work unfinished and is known for going above and beyond to meet operational needs without hesitation or complaint.

This can-do attitude goes beyond her usual job site.
