Stephanie’s superpower is the way she supports her team. As an Operations Manager, she’s known for going above and beyond for her Georgetown VP and Prep team members, as well as the travel team associates. Her prompt communication keeps operations moving smoothly, and she stays on top of what her team needs.

She also excels at being proactive, making changes to load lines or locations before the customer even has to ask. This embodies the Road & Rail Services work ethic — proactive service to identify issues, take action, and save our customers time and money.
