Our September Power Player is Marvin Feacher, a Senior Lead in Westlake. Marvin’s superpower is his positivity! He’s known for his dedication to his work and the great attitude he puts into everything he does. He’s always looking for ways he and his team can improve, and is a catalyst for these improvements. Marvin is also known for encouraging and motivating his team, leading by example as he sets clear and precise expectations for success. Along with his positive mindset, this leadership inspires his team to not only meet, but exceed their goals!

Phillip Hodge, the Terminal Manager who nominated Marvin as this month’s Power Player, says that Marvin’s superpower is on display every day. “He puts himself in front of his teams and radiates his energy at pre-shifts to align daily goals and put all team members in a positive mindset! This was highly apparent in helping generate a positive and “Road & Rail way” culture during the transition and start up here at Westlake. He was able to adapt himself, and guide his fellow associates during what can sometimes be a difficult period of adjusting to a new employer and new contractor for the Customer. His superpowers were on full display through the start up phases at the Westlake facility and these superpowers continue to shine through his attitude and smile!”
