Our July Road & Rail Services Power Player is Melissa Young, a Yardmaster in Fostoria.

Melissa’s superpower is her attention to detail! As Yardmaster, her organization and direction has helped our Fostoria terminal achieve over 2,080 days without a run-through switch incident. This terminal has also spent years without any rail car missing a connection for outbound trains, and Melissa has helped maintain a record of no incidents between Road and Rail train crews and other crews in the yard.

She works with multiple customers daily, and organizes daily tasks for each of those service lines in Fostoria to help deliver superior results, reporting, safety and trouble shooting.
