Our Road & Rail Services Power Player this month is Jay Sarabia, a Team Lead in Calaveras.

Jay’s superpower is Support! Our VP of Operations, Derek Carter, refers to Jay as “Robin – the right hand man to our Batman GM, Cruz.” With his leadership, this site has received internal audit scores of “100” the last two years in a row! They have been injury free for 13 years.

Jay shows up prepared every day, and brings with him a positive attitude that his team appreciates. In the words of the engineer who nominated Jay as our Power Player of the month: “He is always ready for work and willing to teach you something if you don’t know how to do it. He always helps everyone at the site, and has great communication skills with our customers.”
