Her superpower is Supervision! As an Operations Manager, Marshay works hard to keep her team motivated, leading by example with an outstanding attitude. She prioritizes safety and wellness in the workplace, taking time to reach out to coworkers and build meaningful connections. The result? A team that feels valued and empowered to do their best every day.
