Ricky leads by example, and makes sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to the safety-first culture Road & Rail is known for. He takes time for one-on-ones with his team to not only motivate and encourage them, but also to hear their feedback. His drive to make sure each customer is satisfied with their experience sets a great example for his team and fellow leaders.
