Our Road & Rail Services Power Player for March is Eduardo “Nacho” Ibarra, a Central Support Service Manager. He has many skills that make him a Power Player, but his main superpower is his Car Repair Knowledge!

Not only is he very knowledgeable about car repair, he is also an excellent example of Road & Rail Service’s safety first culture. He leads by example with a can-do attitude, and exhibits great patience while showing team members the ropes. During his time with Road & Rail, he’s led multiple mechanical teams during multiple start ups, taken lead on several special contracts, and even shown a willingness to travel to help a location in need on short notice.

His positive attitude extends beyond his team, too. Nacho’s customer service always ends in positive feedback — and with customers asking for him again down the line! The knowledge, communication, and great attitude he brings to the table makes him a great example of the fantastic service Road & Rail provides. Congratulations, Nacho!
