Our Road & Rail Services Power Player this month is Charlene Moss, a CSR-TRANSFLO Lead at our terminal in Louisville, KY.

Her superpower is Logistical Leadership — the ability to step up and adapt to changes on the fly, while making sure everyone around her stays informed! Charlene has demonstrated a take-charge attitude when it comes to keeping the Louisville terminal in full operation. Her coworkers describe her as dependable, consistent, and reliable.

In the words of Assistant General Manager Lance Hunt, “Ms. Moss is a natural leader and demonstrates her super power of logistical leadership daily. She keeps her fellow coworkers informed of all changes in the schedule as soon as she knows about them. This results in no impacts to our customers. Ms. Moss does all this while not looking for recognition or fanfare for herself. Terminal personnel respect her naturally as she exudes confidence and leadership in all she does to keep TRANSFLO, our customer, satisfied.”
