Eric Ropp has been a steadfast presence at the Marysville, OH Honda facility for the past 15 years, since Road and Rail’s arrival. With over 20 years of industry experience, he has proven himself to be a loyal and true leader, consistently guiding his team through multiple challenges. Eric’s outstanding leadership has help the Marysville team earn 7 Honda Excellence Processor of the Year awards.

Regardless of whether an employee is new or seasoned, Eric maintains a methodical and unwavering approach in his day-to-day operations. He firmly believes that people are the key to overcoming any obstacle, and this conviction shines through in his interactions. When faced with issues, Eric remains level-headed, develops a plan, and sees it through to achieve his goals.
