Road & Rail Services, Inc., a Louisville, Kentucky-based leading provider of rail related services in North America, was recently awarded the 2016 TDSI Core Values Award – “It Starts with the Customer” for service excellence at their Talladega, Alabama automotive facility. A CSX subsidiary, TDSI offers vehicle-handling services through a network of automobile-distribution facilities, storage locations and facilities providing service to Eastern, Gulf and Southeastern ports.
The Core Values Award was presented to Robert Sadler, Vice President of Customer Service and Lamario Merriwether, Terminal Manager for Road & Rail Services by Michael O’Brien, President and Scott Routzahn, Regional Operations Manager for TDSI. Upon presenting the award to Mr. Sadler, Mr. O’Brien congratulated and thanked the entire Road & Rail Services Talladega team for their dedication and commitment to the start-up and success of this new facility. “On behalf of the entire Road & Rail Services organization and especially our local Talladega team, we are very appreciative to receive this award and the recognition of our team’s overall performance,” said Mr. Sadler.
