Our Power Player for November is Darlisa Caudle. For over a year, she has been an in-line lead at a plant in Madison, Alabama.

Her superpower lies in her compassion and her leadership abilities. She sets a great example for her teammates by being punctual and consistent. And her friendly disposition makes her easy to turn to, whether she’s showing new employees the ropes or putting her problem-solving skills to work alongside her team. That can-do attitude goes hand-in-hand with her leadership skills; balancing empathy with initiative, she creates a work environment where her teammates feel valued and motivated.

Alexis Candie, who was the August recipient of our Power Player Award, has plenty of good things to say about Darlisa. Outside of her role in Road & Rail Services, Darlisa balances her responsibilities by caring for her two wonderful children. This commitment to family reflects her strong values and compassionate nature. Congratulations, Darlisa!
